Shipping Policy

Shipping typically occurs within 10 business days. The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase).

Gospo is not responsible for lost orders. Once it is sent out and fulfilled, it is out of our hands. If your tracking number says that your order is delivered but you still haven’t received your order, we encourage waiting a day or two. Sometimes it’ll show up past your expected delivery date because it is scanned early.
